About Us

The Genesis

Nuvrah was born from a need felt by our Founder and co-Founders. High Luxury simply did not exist in Bengaluru the way it existed in Italy, or France, or even Mumbai. We wanted to change that and bring a shopping experience to Bengaluru that the city truly deserved. Hence, we channeled decades of luxury retail expertise into Nuvrah, Bangalore’s newest fashion beacon.

The Vision

More than a store, it is Pawan’s manifesto for excellence. As a multi-designer luxury destination, Nuvrah unites over 80+ leading and emerging Indian designers including Manish Malhotra, Gaurav Gupta, Anamika Khanna, Abu Jani, Sandeep Khosla, JJ Valaya, Monisha Jaising, and more offering 2,000+ curated styles across couture, bridal, occasion, contemporary, and menswear. Rooted in experiential luxury, it redefines how fashion is discovered and celebrated.

At its heart is the Atelier-led service model with private customization suites and in-house stylists, complemented by the Nuvrah Café, a refined social pause point that makes every visit an immersive lifestyle experience.

Our leadership

Pawan Mehta

Founder & CEO

Pawan got his Masters’ in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas. He started his career with Tata Consultancy Services and then moved to Silicon Valley, California, in 1996 and worked with several companies in Hi-Tech. Soon after, he founded a software company specialising in server-side technologies in Palo Alto. After exiting his software business, he relocated to Bangalore, India.

Gagan Mehta

Founder & CfO

Gagan got his Masters’ in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas and started his career with Tata Unisys. He then moved to Los Angeles, California, in 1996 to work on the software architecture for high speed networked printing systems for Xerox Corporation. After a couple of years, he relocated to New Delhi and founded Obgenix Software, which specialised in creating highly scalable software systems.

Anu Mehta

Anu Mehta is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Nuvrah, an ultra-luxury fashion house in Bangalore. With a background in liberal arts, she combines creativity with strategic vision. At Nuvrah, she focuses on curating emerging designers and bridging the gap between creators and consumers, with a vision to expand the brand across India and internationally.

Mamta Mehta

Mamta is a co-founder of Nuvrah, the ultra-luxury fashion house, and is based in Delhi. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity through her close relationships with designers and her sharp eye for curation. Leading the buying and merchandising decisions, Mamta ensures that Nuvrah offers a refined and distinctive selection, bringing together the finest in contemporary and emerging luxury fashion.
