Cancellation Policy

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns unless the following conditions are met:

1. The product was delivered within the last 3 days.

2. The product has a manufacturing defect or has sustained damage during delivery.

3. The products have been unworn and have their tags intact.

4. Products must be returned in their original and undamaged packing.

5. Returns must arrive within 7 days of the refund request.

6. Please contact Support@pgmventures.com to submit return requests.

7. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment at no additional cost and a full

refund.

If these conditions are met, please contact our customer service team with your order details

and evidence of the defect or damage to initiate the return process.
